Terms and Conditions for Super Duper Bazaar Online Grocery Store

 

General Terms: Availability and prices of any product in Super Duper Bazaar are subject to change without any prior notice.

 

Order Process: After placing an order, cancellation or change of the same can be done within a limited time only.

 

After order confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.

 

The order placed by the customer will be valid only if it is confirmed by Super Duper Bazaar.

 

Super Duper Bazaar reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

 

Product Availability: The availability of products available in the store will depend on the stock. In case of unavailability of any product, we will notify you and provide alternatives.

 

Pricing: Prices of all products are clearly displayed on our website. In case of any kind of error, we will notify you immediately and take appropriate steps.

 

Order Confirmation: Your order will be confirmed on the contact number or email provided by you. Your order will be considered fulfilled only after the payment is successfully received.

 

Delivery Terms: An estimated time and date of delivery will be given but may be delayed.

 

The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Super Duper Bazaar will not be responsible for any delay in delivery due to wrong address but we will keep you informed of the situation.

 

The order will usually be delivered within 3 to 6 hours.

 

Returns and Refunds: If a product is defective, broken or wrongly delivered, the customer must lodge a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. The refund process may take 2 to 3 working days. Any returns or refunds will be processed as per Super Duper Bazaar's policy. To cancel or return any order, please contact our customer service.
